Το περιοδικό People αποφάσισε πως ο Idris Elba είναι ο πιο σέξι άντρας του κόσμου και εμείς δεν έχουμε παρά να συμφωνήσουμε. O Idris Elba που έχει περισσότερο γνωστός μέσα από την πετυχημένη σειρά «The Wire» του HBO όπου υποδυόταν έναν έμπορο ναρκωτικών δεν μπορούσε να πιστέψει τη συγκεκριμένη διάκριση
Όταν έμαθα για τον τίτλο του πιο σέξι άνδρα, στην αρχή σκέφτηκα «μου κάνουν πλάκα». Κοίταξα στον καθρέφτη, για να δω τι μου βρήκαν και ανακάλυψα ότι δεν ήμουν κι άσχημος. Σοβαρά τώρα πάντως, με έκανε να νιώσω ωραία. Ήταν μια ωραία έκπληξη που τόνωσε την αυτοπεποίθησή μου
Όταν δεν πρωταγωνιστεί στη μεγάλη οθόνη, ο 46χρονος Βρετανός ηθοποιός γίνεται ντι-τζέι με το ψευδώνυμο DJ Big Driis, σχεδιάζει τη δική του σειρά ρούχων και ασχολείται επαγγελματικά με το kickboxing. Έχει δυο παιδιά και έχει προταθεί τέσσερις φορές για βραβείο Χρυσής Σφαίρας, έχοντας κερδίσει μία. Βέβαια ο Elba δεν ήταν πάντα τόσο δημοφιλής. Την εποχή που φοιτούσε στο Λύκειο δεχόταν συχνά bullying τόσο εξαιτίας του χρώματός του, όσο και εξαιτίας της άχαρης εμφάνισής του.
Με αφορμή αυτή τη διάκριση, «σαρώσαμε» όλο το διαδίκτυο και βρήκαμε 23 φωτογραφίες που αποδεικνύουν ότι ο Idris Elba είναι όντως ο πιο sexy άνδρας του 2018. Και όλες είναι με ρούχα.

The Berlin film festival. I’ve been to this festival once as an actor and yesterday got the opportunity to be there as a 1st time director. Yardie was well received by the audience.
